I am thrilled to announce that U.S. House Majority Leader Steve Scalise will be a special guest speaker at Congresswoman Sheri Biggs’ inaugural “Salute to Liberty” event on Monday, August 17, 2026, at the Anderson Sports & Entertainment Center!

Leader Scalise – the U.S. House Majority Leader and one of President Donald J. Trump’s strongest allies in Congress – is a nationally recognized conservative leader in the Republican Party. A steadfast voice for the America First agenda, he has dedicated his career to advancing conservative principles, strengthening our nation, and defending the values that make America exceptional.

I am honored to welcome House Majority Leader Steve Scalise as a special guest for our 2026 Salute to Liberty. Leader Scalise has spent his career standing for conservative principles, supporting President Trump’s America First agenda, and fighting for the freedoms that make our nation exceptional.

Joining previously announced special guest U.S. House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA-01) will be House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH-04), Former Trump White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, and South Carolina Attorney General and Republican nominee for Governor Alan Wilson, who will serve as special guests for the patriotic evening.

The event will also feature Upstate-based performance and speed painter Jared Emerson, who will create a live painting during the evening, as well as a special musical performance by Dove Award and Grammy nominated gospel music artists, Sisters.
